The rules that apply when you book a turf through this site.
By booking through this platform you agree to arrive at the venue on time, to treat the facilities and staff with respect, and to pay the amount shown at checkout. The booking confirmation and its reference are what the venue checks you in against.
Prices are set by the venue owner and shown per hour, inclusive of any peak-hour surcharge. Bookings made well ahead of the date may carry a small advance booking fee, which is always itemised before you pay. Nothing is charged that you have not seen on the confirmation screen.
Cancellations are free up to the window shown on your booking; inside that window a cancellation fee applies and the balance is refunded to the original payment method. No-shows are not refunded. Venues may cancel for weather or maintenance, in which case you are refunded in full.
We list venues and process payments; we do not own the grounds. Disputes about the condition of a pitch are raised through your booking page and investigated with the owner. Repeated no-shows, chargebacks or abuse of venue staff can lead to an account being suspended.
