What we collect, why we keep it, and how to ask us about it.
We collect what a booking actually needs: your name, email address, phone number and the bookings you make. Payment card details are handled by the payment gateway and never reach our servers.
Your name and phone number are shared with the venue you booked, because the staff on the gate need to know who is arriving. Nothing is sold to advertisers or data brokers.
Booking, payment and refund records are kept for as long as accounting rules require, even if you close your account, because they are financial records. Closing an account removes it from sign-in and hides your profile, and your reviews stay attached to the venue without your contact details.
We keep an internal log of administrative actions — approvals, refunds, suspensions — so that every change can be traced to the person who made it. You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, through the contact page.
